Wind Speed

There seems to be a slight decrease in the average windspeed of an area the further the city is from earth's poles. This can be seen in the slight "u" shape of the data points. This could be due to convection currents that carry polar winds towards the equator. However, majority of the data is clustered with having wind speeds of 10mph or less.
